Our harvest is infall.  On Thanksgiving Day we make riceballs and eat them for lunch.  In winterour rice field has water in it.

Sports Day

Welcome to Ohya Junior High School

Ourschool is in Kesennuma City, Japan.  It’s72 years old.  We have 99 students andabout 20 teachers.  We love our school.

Tests

We have three term-endtests in a year.  One of them was onNovember 22^nd. Tests are difficult, so we study hard for them everyday.

School Lunch

This is a picture fromour school lunch time.  Our school lunchis delicious. The school lunch is made in the school lunch center. Sometimes weeat toast.  We eat our school lunch inthe classrooms.

　愛媛県にある伊方町立三崎中学校のみなさんよりたくさんのサツマイモと心温まるメッセージをいただきました。三崎中学校さんは，２０１１年に起きた東日本大震災の際に多くのご支援をいただいた学校です。このサツマイモ（紅あずま）は，伊方町の特産品であり，震災当時からいただいておりました。震災をきっかけに始まったこの交流は，今年で８年目になります。これからも，この温かい繋がりを大切にしていきたいと思います。
